hard hats, safety glasses, gloves and even hi-viz jackets but sooner or later we all knew we'd see sandals lol. Interesting process and clearly an employer who is trying hard to improve things.

The gloves, the hard hats, the vests, and even some of the shoes are brand new. They were all given it for the video, but probably asked to wear shoes for the day, old mate in the sandals probably forgot or didn't have any shoes to wear lol

"OK guys, be careful not to damage the PPE we rented for this video. It has to be returned later today in pristine condition in order to get our deposit back!"

Looks like they are doing everything in the most inefficient ways possible. Must be a state run facility!!

Yes for transportation to a bigger processor that will remelt it and do the proper treatment to the aluminum to increase it's purity and possibly alloy it to specifications for an end user. Or it could be going to an end user that will do that work and make a product all in one facility.
