Amazing!! Pocket Hole Jig System

Hello friends
I made a pocket hole jig system that can be manufactured without the need for a drill guide.
The plan is here
jisaku-koubou.com/downloads/phjs
【Plan List】
jsk-koubou.stores.jp/
You can make this jig if you have a circular saw, a hand drill, and a thread saw.
If set in the dust collector, wood chips are not scattered and smart woodworking is possible.
The stand for positioning is removable using neodymium magnet.
Despite adsorption with a force of more than 20 kg, the system is easily removable.
[Major materials]
※ Detailed parts list is described in the plan.
・ 5 mm thick wooden board
・ Metal spacer
・Toggle Clamps
・Adjuster
・Insert nut
・magnet
・Scale tape

I wish you'd of shown a view of the jointer [facing the tape/scale] after the first pocket holes were cut so we could see what the drill bit did to the wood under, or at the end of what you described as "metal spacers." Are there now permanent holes or channels through that block of wood also when you make your *first* pocket holes?

FYI The " Locking nut " that you are turning towards the cupped Compression plate, should in fact be turned and locked on to the Female Threaded Barrel which the screwed rod is screwed into. This would then lock the screwed rod in a set position, thereby maintaining a consistent pressure.
