Yes. 41% glyophosphate

Although it says no plow it looks like you at least ran a disc or tiller thru the field before planting so no plow to a certain extent but it looks like you need to work up the ground before planting.

The name of the product is called No Plow. I always prepare a seed bed whenever possible

No Plow is the name of the seed blend. The plot was chisel plowed
