Amazing new painting software ! Realistic Paint Studio Tutorial + Tiger Demo
In this short tutorial I want to share with you a program I just discovered called Realistic Paint Studio. In my humble opinion this has the best brush engine in the whole industry so it worth take a look at it if you are really into drawing or painting and want to reach a traditional feel in your artworks. I will cover all the basics and then share with you a small tiger demo that took me about 1 hour to paint.

Hell yeah cool & helpful
I purchased this program today and think thats very fine indeed. Normally I use Photoshop or Rebelle 4. What I dont like is the very low resolution of your saved works and hope that they will work over that in the future. The tutorials are great too and I know no other program like this that do such tutorials in the program. Thank you for showing it here.

You can create custom presets, up to 6000 pixels: after you select the type of work (drawing, water colors, oil painting), when it makes you choose a canvas just go to upper right corner and you'll see a "Create custom" button.

I can't remember the last time I purchased something so fast. This software looks incredible, I'm so excited to try it. And I can't believe how inexpensive it is!! Thanks for this :)
Pour augmenter le plaisir et le réalisme, ça serait génial de pouvoir tourner les pages des différents carnets de dessins (pour dessiner et visualiser) et pouvoir ainsi retrouver les sensations d'un véritable bloc dont les pages sont liées les unes aux autres. Par la même occasion l'album pourrait alors être exporté directement au format pdf. Par contre, je ne me sens pas d'expliquer à l'équipe de Realistic Paint Studio cette amélioration avec mon anglais terriblement approximatif... ^^ Merci pour le tutoriel sociamix 👍
Très intéressant l'approche "Skeuomorphiste", ça rends les choses plus ludique
I just got a Huion 24 plus and this app. Coming from traditional art I love it. My only criticism currently is that if you make a large size surface to paint on, the brushes don't scale large enough to block in the background. But I love the look and feel of it.

Yes. Of all the downsides this is chief among them. Trying to figure out some workflows that involve ai scaling for print but none of that can address the woefully inadequate brush size.
I have a ton of Digital Art Software but I agree as well that Realistic Paint Studio actually mimics real-life art tools way better than all of my other more expensive Digital Art software. Google Translate: J'ai une tonne de logiciels d'art numérique, mais je suis également d'accord pour dire que Realistic Paint Studio imite en fait des outils d'art réels bien mieux que tous mes autres logiciels d'art numérique plus chers.

The brush size and canvas size are 1 of quite a few serious limitations with this software.

J'ai pas mal utilisé Rebelle, mais c'est trop buggé, trop lent, il manque certains outils, l'aquarelle est très bien simulée mais pas aussi simple à contrôler que dans ce soft. De manière général ce qui fait la qualité de RPS c'est l'expérience utilisateur.

oui selon leur doc : realisticpaint.com/support/?page_id=497 On peut exporter Image+Frame+Background, Image+Frame ou juste Image, en format *.rps, *.jpg, *.png (donc transparence)

Oui mais il faut garder les calques de toile et le surlayer sinon tu perds les couleurs

I hated this program. I let it slide that the UI looked like a free to play game. But the brushes are very flawed. I really didn’t enjoy this software.
