Cutting an inspection/filling opening using only a torch and standing on a tank without aux equipment is extraordinary good. About the rest well what can I say safety wise a disaster, knowledge wise how to do it with minimal equipment is really excellent and of a high standard. Will it have a safety-certification/pressure test/welding test don’t know but…..A compliment to all the workers involved with the job.

Just shows how a bulk tanker carrier can be built by highly under paid men and less than ideal conditions . At least it looked like they were using new metal that was rolled and bent on press breaks and mostly metal shear machinery . Welders could use a lot of training and a hell of a lot better welding machines . So much for safety and inspections .

Non,I do not know when you were born, this is the way things use to be built.And people use to have jobs. Then come cooperation with Robot,to put people out of work, so that they can make profit. They use what they have to get the job done, that's what matters.
