gymnasts train from like age 3-4. These guys have probably been training all their lives. Most olmypic champion gymnasts are in the high school age range or slightly above it.

Absolutely incredible!! The athleticism, flexibility, artistry, focus, and unison is beyond exceptional.

That Japanese precision and accuracy!!

Love these guys. The quality and fitness and dedication to the art and discipline of the sport is unparalleled. It's beautiful to watch. You and your teachers should be very happy with what you have achieved. There is good reason to be proud because the work is outstanding and above the norms we see in western countries.

As a person who was born with weird ballerina feet like that I have to say that I doesn't hurt when you just walk on the backs of your toes. But just like anything else if you stretch them it does hurt after a bit.

Really difficult to believe they are a high school team. Absolutely awesome!

Their movements were as fluid as water and they were synchronized as though they were one. Their performance was beautifully breath taking and a true blend of gymnastics and art.

I would love to agree but they would definitely need to do a new routine or at least change it a little for the got talent shows. With all of the tumbling and the way they land would be dangerous on a hard floor like the stages on those shows. But they are very very talented, especially for a Highschool group and I hope they go on to be even more amazing if it’s possible!

I’m so glad I came across this genre of gymnastics because I’ve never heard of it before. It has enhanced my life. Thanks.
