im concerned about the openings for the stairs... cutting the rebar and concrete will only reduce the strength. the best way for floating stairs is using a bracket system that is strong enough to retain the weight of the individual treads.

We’re not cutting the rebars, we will be welding two lengths of 5/8 steel behind them and two on the surface then tie the support beam/cage from the wall support…….we will post another video on how it’s done. But thanks for your advice

Good introduction for the persons who like those types of building what i also observed is jamaican tweaking the type of built open spaces inside big glass windows and doors but keeping the outside as kind of the natural house look

Love the build even better if it’s a 3 bedroom upstairs….can’t wait to see the gazebo on the roof.

You could have metal plates put there so you would just bolt on the steps that is what I would have done

Three bedrooms would have made more sense, based on the additional cost for that extra room. The land space is there.

Why are you sounding so much like American man, where is my Jamaican accent where is the Jamaican dialect in where is the Jamaican accent and Jamaican patois I love to hear. Why do you say starded instead of started?? Nod about? It's not about, lidda bit? It's little bit. Remember you were a British colony you have to use your T's you are using Americans dialect there are no two countries with the same dialect, that's impossible. Remember a lot of these designs are not necessary in Jamaica. Unles uou lived in Anerica before please keep your identity, you all are better that that. Anyway I live that design💪🏾
