hmmm., as per Physics principles, this arrangement does not work for long. initially shows high pressure. air gap for over head tank is different ...

This is called an accumulator. Used in cylinder lubrication of ships engine. Great way to use it here.

This is an impossible solution without pressure pump. If you don’t believe try the same from your end. It will work only for very few seconds that too with lot of limitations. So practically impossible
