Schärfen ist auch eine handwerkliche Färtigkeit. Im asiatischen Raum scheinen nach wie vor Wassersteine unterschiedlicher Körnung üblich zu sein. Ich nutze seit Ca.2Jahren Diamant Schleifplatten von DMT, wesentlich saubere Arbeitsweise. Rasiermesser Schärfe ist das angestrebte Ziel, es geht wunderbar. Üben muss man trotzdem.
