    There's a dish in Indiana USA, that's pork tenderloin pounded flat and done similar the difference is saltiness crackers( also herd called digestives) with salt and pepper for the last breadding step. I wonder how similar these dishes taste. It's served as a sandwich I liked it plain but people usually had onion,mustard and dill pickle.

    That is fresh Panko made from Japanese Shokupan milk bread that is shredded into large flakes. When fried, it results in a lighter and crunchier texture compared to regular breadcrumbs.
