I really wish these videos had some narration or subtitles to explain what they are doing. What sauces and foods are being shown. What the people are generally saying. It's fascinating watching these scenes from other cultures but I wish I understood more of what I was seeing. Maybe if something like that extra level was available to patrons or something for a more documentary level of presentation.

Pakistan is poor country, the street vendors catering to the working class cannot pay extra cost of hygienic food preparation. There are many other restaurants where cost is high and food is hygienic. باكستان دولة فقيرة، والباعة المتجولون الذين يقدمون الطعام للطبقة العاملة لا يستطيعون دفع تكلفة إضافية لإعداد الطعام الصحي. هناك العديد من المطاعم الأخرى حيث التكلفة مرتفعة والطعام صحي.

the _worst_ video I've seen; a vendor was making/blending....."fresh mango juice". _EVERY_ ..... _TIME_ .....the guy removed the lid to add more juice, a fly or two would fly into the juice. And then,....guy would power-up the blender and proceed to mix the good 'ole fresh mango juice,....with "fresh" ,.... *pulverized fly* !!! Takes the meaning of " *protein drink* to a whole....other....level!! #YUCK 🤮

@philippericher6313. - I suppose if you have eaten this since you were born then you, and your stomach, are used to eating it. Much like we in the 'WEST' probably eat food that would make them sick. - Actually if you look a lot of what they eat a lot is the same as ours, - it is just cooked/prepared in a different way. - For example RICE is the same all over the WORLD, - the BIG difference is, they have it as a MAIN course and usually 'flavoured', - whereas we have it AFTER our main course as a 'pudding' and not 'flavoured'.

Before preparing the meal, those man came out of the bathroom after defecating and grabbing his gun, without washing his hands, to give it more flavor, some downy hair mixed with the rice, undoubtedly a delicacy of Pakistán food, all the diners, They never wash their hands, the flavor of the food would be lost, they leave the bathroom waving their guns, that gives it an unmatched flavor! There's a reason if the kitchen is one of the cleanest 🤪 in the world, especially with a lot of cleanliness!

The peanut brittle looks fantastic. They should ferment the grapes and make wine. The French Fries, yes please. Lived on this style of food in S.E.Asia and the Middle East., No problem.

@@RashidaHussain I do know that wine (alcohol) is Haram, I was joking. I have no problem eating Halal foods, in fact I purchase Halal meat here in the UK, it’s the only place I can get genuine mutton (old aged sheep). Street food is so tasty.

in Indonesia (north mollucas), we call it "halua kacang". It's made from palm sugar + peanuts. Usually made as souvenirs or offerings when proposing to the bride of the Galela tribe.
