One of the first things I was shown when I first started working as a cook was professional knife skills with your eyes closed. Sort of a parlor trick. But it's actually really easy if you have proper technique, and you don't need to see what you can feel. But I guess if I didn't know that it would seem pretty amazing. The speed and precision some of these guys have I find pretty impressive.

Now you know why the Chinese are getting ahead: they use the simplest tool (just one cleaver vs the whole set of knives in a typical western kitchen ) and do the most efficient, high quality job.

The blind chef is awesome. 🙏 I can see very well but still end up cutting my fingers. ..

Props to the 4 lefties. We lefties gotta stick together in this right handed world. With that said, fav part of this vid was the fact that they all using the cleaver. I own one knife for my kitchen duties and that's a cleaver. I keep trying to tell people it's literally all you need. One cleaver, does everything needed.

U cant do that cause most illnesses that cause blindness affect the retina not the eye itself.So he will need the glasses which has a camera and everything is sent to your eye
