1 package bean curd sheet (8 oz | 227g)
2 lbs | 900g ground pork
1.4 lbs | 650g shrimps
2 cups | 104g onion (diced)
3 cups | 330g carrot (shredded)
3 eggs
4 tbsp | 60g corn starch
2 1/2 tbsp | 40g sugar
2 tbsp | 30ml oyster sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp roasted pork seasoning (substitute 1/2 tsp five spice powder + 2 tsp chicken powder)
1 cup | 16g cilantro (chopped)
