That’s my favorite way to enjoy a coconut. The water on the inside of the young coconuts tend to be super sweet and the flesh of the coconut is soft yet a bit crunchy at the same time. The taste isn’t a super strong coconut taste. It’s more of a subtle coconut flavor and it’s filling and very satisfying to eat.

When I went to Thailand I made sure to have coconut every single day I was there! It was delicious especially the ice cream they made out of it 🤤

That final product is pretty impressive, and the sound of the cleaver hitting the chopping block is so satisfying to me.
