Grilled dry rub local salmon with honey garlic glaze, grilled Zenner's Tillamook Cheddar and Jalapeño sausages, roast poblano pepper corn, wild rice with capers/red onion/carrots, pineapple salsa and homemade berry cobbler... I have pics if you don't believe me :)

Years ago, we used to go to a ton of Spring Training games because growing up in Scottsdale, that’s something we did. One day, we went to Fitch Park, where the Cubs used to practice only, in Mesa. We went to a Taco Bell in the area and unexpectedly, there was Mark Grace, just destroying it. I’m sure Taco Bell got the last laugh though. Lol. Anyway, he was super cool with us and he spent a few minutes with us and he finished and took off. Not sure if he was headed to a needed Slump Buster or not? 😆😆😆😆
