Take any great outside receiver and put him in the slot and you’ll have a beast. The slots just a great position. Take a really good but not great slot receiver and put him on the outside. He’ll be average to good.

@@lukeshaw4287 you can probably say that with Adams and Diggs but Keenan is the best at it. Usually smaller guys excel at slot but big guys like Keenan and Adams would usually struggle if they weren’t blesses wit such skilled route running.

@@dwightk.schrute5559 there’s more space in the slot. Any wide receiver regardless of skill set benefits from my space. Slot is an easier position and there are only so many big fast humans that exist. So traditionally coaches put the better players outside because they can overcome the disadvantage of the sideline more frequently than smaller slower receivers.
