I can't get camera remote to work can you do a video the watch has two Bluetooth connections one has a watch symbol other has Bluetooth I got it to work one time but can't get it to work again I know about input on and off but it don't work

Hi, how's the sound quality when using earbuds or headphone on this watch? I had the huawei gt2e for 2 years but never using the feature because it was so trashy. I hate bringing a phone while running but the music on gt2e watch cracked and distorted so bad that i might just workout without playing anything. I was looking to it but i heard some people have problem connecting the buds and some have low music quality

no no, it sounds really good. Maybe 1 out of 20 walks one bud will fall out of sync but 99% of the time all good.

@@techwaketv thanks, i'm tempting to buy the t-rex2 instead because of the ruggedness and the sporty looking but i might as well switch to the gtr4 for features and casual looks

can i recieve calls too on earbuds while clicking answer button on watch?

Not sure but why not just touch your earbud to accept the call if that’s the device you want to use

@@capitolbassfishing while riding bike inside helmet its quite difficult and i guess by clicking on on earbud watch speaker enables ndni dont like talking on watch..just asking pls dont get offended

How to add Amazon Alexa to the gtr 4 watch, thank you

Go on the zepp app, under the watch settings, app settings there is an amazon alexa app icon...click it and fill out your credentials and it should work. Activate alexa on your watch by going to the home screen and "long" hold press the watch crown (the little knob) and it will ding and you say the command and it will perform the action or response.

Would it work with apple buds?
