Shrikhand with Mango Pulp is known as Amarkhand. Its roots of origin are Mahabharata. There are ancient history that Bhim, who was working in the kitchen during their Van, invented a recipe using hung curd as it was the favorite food of Lord Shri Krishna, and hence he named it after lord Shri Krishna, i.e., Shrikhand. राधे-राधे 🚩
