@@APREACTS Hah! Someone saw your reaction. They actually made a "duet" version (both band were on stage) of this song. 17th of feb Oslo concert. There was a camera crew on stage too, so we might see an official recording of this performance too :)

It’s been done, Sabaton brought them out on the tour they did together and it was killer, you can find it on KZread just look up Amaranth 82 all the way live, you’ll love it

As a die hard Sabaton fan, is everyone ready for me to break the internet? They talk about doing a live duet but trying to figure out how it would work. Ready for this? Four vocalists for this song live during the tour! Have Joakim join them on stage for the song with Joakim sharing the clean male vocals. Oh it would in fact be glorious!

I liked the humorous video & Elize is one of the best female vocalists in metal and such an eye candy also.

I heard the original 3 days ago and was amazed! Then yesterday i see this and it blows my mind!! Her voice adds so much to the song! Great reaction guys!

I love this version, it sounds great with the female and dirty vocals. If they play it live I want Amaranthe to come on during Sabaton's set so we can have ALL the vocals and ALL the guitars!

It's... Oddly satisfying watching you two enjoying SO MUCH the music. Keep it up! I'm discovering fabulous new bands thanks to this channel.

You need to watch their duett. Live form this year! They did it! Sabaton and Amaranthe all together.

I honestly love both versions, but Amaranthe has elevated the song to a level I thought was impossible as I already loved the original so much. The cover became my favorite version.

@@APREACTS I met him after seeing Power Quest in London, they did a special gig with loads of past and present Power Quest members, Sam Totman of Dragonforce was there, Tommy Johansson, LOADS of people!

Most people don't know this but in 2006 Elise auditioned for Nightwish and came within a hair of becoming their replacement for Tarja. Butttttt due to her young age, (21) and having no stage experience, the guys told her and she agreed, that the crowds would eat her alive for replacing Tarja, but she stayed in touch with them, and actually performed an entire show in Denver in 2012 when Anette got sick. She is one of the sweetest, most humble, and funniest persson i have meet, plus she loves Mexican food.

First listen I did of this one I was not impressed, but it just gets better the more I listen to it. And Elize, omg, her enthusiasm and spontanity ... she just looks like she has the time of her life, everytime? I think I'm in love.

Great Cover version I Love the Voice of Elize Ryd this Woman is Perfekt

Sadly they did not do this song in Stockholm but Elize Ryd did a few song with Apocalyptica and Apocalyptica did several song with Sabaton including Lejonet från norden and Carolus Rex. Apocalyptica was also cosplaying as Sabaton when playing with Sabatons so there was dubbel the amount of Joakim on stage.

I liked both. This track just adds a different spin on it.

By the way Elize is the female singer from Arion's "At the Break of Dawn". You also reacted to that one ;) Perhaps you should try out one of their own songs like "365", "The Nexus" or "Drop Dead Cynical"

This band are amazing, clearly one of my fave bands. Such an original band, can make any song sound better. Need to check these out more.

Amaranthe is so good :) I’d suggest her collaboration with Kamelot and Alissa White Gluz of Arch Enemy. A song called Sacrimony :) I apologise if you’ve already heard it.

I really hope for them to play that together with Sabaton in February in Hamburg. That would be just.... great 😍

It's a really good Coversong...and i am lucky that i`m going to see them live on February 1.st in Oberhausen...i'm quite sure , that there will be some "guest musicians" on the Sabaton setlist.... that would make more sense to me...

As an American, I love this song! Sgt Alvin York is a badass -- using backwoods tactics to take out German soldiers. He even, on his own, overcame 5 machine gun nests, capturing 270 Germans on his own!

I was at their concert just yesterday in Zurich. Amaranthe didn't play their cover, and I wished that Elize would have joined when Sabaton performed 82nd All The Way. Didn't happen unfortunately...

I agree that a duet would be absolutely awesome, the cover is not bad but it loses a bit of its feeling. Amaranthe are cool though, and Elize is a goddess.

This is a good cover but the original is much better. A jam of this song live could be cool but the original makes you feel so proud of General York that see Elize jumping around makes me feel weird , just my opinion.
