She can say whatever she wants about someone's appearance and get away with it from a legal standpoint. From a moral standpoint, it's not a good thing to do. Amanda was diagnosed bi-polar and manic depressive. Your lack of sympathy for a person struggling with a mental illness is rude. That wasn't actually her talking. That was her illness controlling her thoughts and actions. You don't have to worry, though. Amanda just posted a picture on Twitter of herself looking super healthy and actually tweeted something that sounded normal for once. Next time, look into things more before you point fingers.
