The Amalfi Coast in Italy is the perfect travel destination for your next summer vacation. In my travel guide I tell you everything I learned about the Amalfi Coast in Italy during our trip. We start with some Facts about the Amalfi Coast, the best season to travel, how to get there, where to stay and how to get around. Follow me on my italy travel vlog and enjoy the beautiful cinematic pictures of the amalfi coast in 2023.
Then I tell you about all the adventures. After a quick stop at the famous place Pompeii near Naples, we enjoy the beautiful beaches of the Amalfi Coast. The Travel Guide in Italy goes on with the Path of The Gods which is one of the most beautiful hikes in the world and ends in Positano. After a taste of the Italian food we head over to the near isle of Capri and finally we enjoy the unique town of Amalfi at night.

Sorrento is an amazing town.. and to us a perfect central location to visit Amalfi. we loved capturing the city. congrats on the content!

Thanks for watching! It was fun for sure. The name of the Restaurant that you can reach from Amalfi is Ristorante Da Teresa. We had to call to make a reservation 😄

Thanks for the Travel guide for Amalfi.. I wanted to ask, where all were you able to fly your drone ? And were there any restrictions or complications in flying your Drone in Amalfi or Capri or Pompei ?

You are very welcome, thanks for watching 😄 There is an official drone map for Italy called d-flight which you find with google. You have to sign up then you see all the restricted areas. In general Amalfi and Pompei are restricted. I flew close to the borders to not break any rules or used stock footage. Capri and Positano should be fine.

I think at the Amalfi coast you have some more possibilities, since you visit different towns and still plan a day trip to Capri by ferry. If you want to stay in the same place the entire time Capri can also be a beautiful destination. Totally up to you and maybe your budget since Capri is probably even more expensive than the Amalfi coast.

Hey, thank you so much for watching. We booked our driver over the host of our air bnb, and it worked out well. Otherwise I don‘t have any personal experience about trusted sites. I always check the google reviews and there most of the time it is pretty obvious if it‘s a good company or not. Enjoy your time at the Amalfi Coast 🇮🇹

Did you catch the ferry from Amalfi? What was the name?

Yeah we took the ferry to Capri right from the port in Amalfi. We booked the trip as a tour with a guide and the swim in the ocean. The name of the company was Alicost. But there is also NLG ferries or the Positano jet. I think the easiest way is to book the trip right at the port in Amalfi. ☺️
