I'm glad the video was of some help , A simpler method some guys use is to not bother fitting that small spring & retaining collet washer to hold the needle in place .. They just rely on the larger main throttle slide return spring to do both jobs ~> Hold down the needle & throttle slide return combined ..

Point to note : Just for the purpose of demonstration this was done using an original stock throttle spring .. The better choice to use here in any Triple carbie is the lightweight spring - Amal part # 622/277 .. Being lighter it's also much easier to fit in that "wind on" method than the stock spring you see me wrestling with in this video 😊

Is that a monobloc 376? I have ordered one from a local mechanic here in India, looking forward for some help in installing it if you are okey with it ,thanks ,already found the video useful!!!!
