    Dude Chad Reed is straight DIRTY!! Isn't that the same move he put on Stewart last season?! When Stewart was already injured and Reed still couldn't keep the pace. haha wow great sportsmanship Reedy keep it! Hang up your boots bro.

    2011 was an epic year for Supercross. I think this was probably Stewart’s last real shot at another title. He stuck around for a few mor years, and got several more iconic wins. But the injuries and crazy crashes just started adding up after this season. Reed was in the points lead for a while outdoors in 2011, until the Chadapult crash at Millville derailed him, even though he still finished the race, that kind of took the wind out of the sails points wise. Then Reed was looking great in Supercross in 2012 until he tore his ACL. These were definitely two of the greatest. Miss watching their rivalry and battles for races and championships.

    Last lap for the win, there’s no such thing as dirty in that situation. You remember Villopoto put a very similar move on Ryan Dungey at St. Louis in 2010 before he got hurt. They’re chasing points for the title. You gotta do what you gotta do sometimes. Stew woulda done the same move if the roles had been reversed, and he’d needed to to try and win.

    Reed wasn’t even trying to get the lead back, he was just pissed that Stewart had just pinned him up against his teammate, I don’t blame him either. If you look at the angle Reed was taking through that turn before the whoops, he wasn’t worried about lining up for the exit of the turn or nothing, just made sure to make a bee line to cut Stewart off.

  • @mrpotatoheadracing
    @mrpotatoheadracing13 жыл бұрын

    It started when Stewart pinched off Reed with Regal. Stewart has ALWAYS pushed people, ran into them or whatever, to get around them if he can't pass them clean. Lap two in the race, Reed had several golden opportunities to take Stewart out, but chose to kept it clean. I'm not a fan of either Reed or Stewart, but Stewart started it. Reed I feel ran a better race, and Stewart had it coming to him.

    there were only a few passing points on the track and reed saw an opportunity and took a shot. stewart could have backed off and not crashed but he didnt. im happy reeds got the balls to shove a wheel in and go for the win. anyone else would have settled for second..

    That's racing baby!!! I loved that. Stewart made a great move and Reed returned the favor. I would like to no why Stewarts dad got so mad? Was because of first pass? Was it because Stewart should of saw Reeds pass coming, or was it that he thought James should of let him have the inside and try to get him before finish line with the worse being second? Did anyone hear why?

    WAS THE CAMERA MAN ASLEEP!?!?!?! Count it--22seconds of the best racing we missed because the camera man was in no-man's land. @sxracer199 Oh no, i agree 100% with that..... Regardless that chad took him out, he DEFINITELY shouldve protected that inside line, especially with their history, he shouldve known SOMETHING was coming, no doubt about that..... I still cant figure out why he went outside.... On top of that, chad even went for the same thing 3 corners before. Funny thing tho, on the last lap i jokingly said to my dad that Chad would take him out before he'd let james win like that. Who knew? haha

    really though. Villapoto said, in not so many words, "sometimes you have to be smart.....". Really? I bet he would have loved to be in that mix with Stewart and Reed in that race. Why wasn't he there? Believe me he wasn't laying back and waiting for them to screw up! He was behind and couldn't catch them.

    He said the smartest. What I believe he was implying was that Stewart was riding reckless as always, and Reed put that pass on Stewart taking his line. He may have cut Stewart's line, but Stewart had a bike width to go around. He was not quite committed to the corner, he has not completed the berm when Reed is 1 bike length in front, he had room. RV was lucky, yes, but he was implying that Reed and Stewart were not riding that smart.

  • @mrpotatoheadracing
    @mrpotatoheadracing13 жыл бұрын

    @plickism Well he was smart enough to win the race instead of wasting his time running into his opponents. Or is he plainly saying Stewart and Reed are dummies? I guess that could apply, especially if he was referring to crash test dummies.

  • @StrongASJ
    @StrongASJ13 жыл бұрын

    Stewart's pass on Reed was clean, he didnt even touch him. Reed just doesnt like the fact that Stewart is a faster rider so he parks his bike infront of him, its a jealousy thing. Obvious

    @Klx14011 Yeah,I would like to see YOU in a main event,but I don't think it's gonna happen in this life... Stewart makes mistakes and you know what?He is a human being! We all make mistakes,so what? Yeah it's the sport of course,but Reed doesn't even try to hide that he wants to take out james and it's not the first nor the last that he will do that , he is a good rider but it's just sad that the only way Reed finds to try and pass Stewart is by getting him down...

    @Mxracer6y Nothing wrong with me, and tell me who Reed has been taking out? If you are so smart, tell me. But I guess I'm dumb cause Stewart really didn't take out the 47 of Thomas in Houston this year, and it was reed's fault that Stewart changed lines in the middle of a rhythm section taking them both out. And was Reed's fault that Stewart bolted into his bike AFTER they collided in Atlanta, letting Dungey go by for second. There's some examples, and proof, now let's see you try.
