I was there. San Jose was one of the best tracks on the mile circuit. This group of riders was my favorite era. Watching Chris Carr as a kid at Lodi Cycle Bowl made it especially exiting to see him move up to the pros and be 100 percent competitive. This is a group of very hard chargers.

Best motorsport racing there is.

Loved that track. You could watch along the fence in turn 1&2. Cover your beer as they came flying by.
