Alzheimer's Disease | Don's Story

Alzheimer’s disease can feel very lonely at times. At Penn, breakthrough clinical trials are making huge strides, and they won’t stop until they cure this disease. Every day at Penn, our neurosurgeons, neurologists, and psychiatrists work side-by-side to help patients break through the darkness of their disease.
From fighting the isolation of Alzheimer’s, to finding new approaches to treat MS and epilepsy, to developing cutting-edge treatments for brain and spine disorders, the breakthroughs we’re making are lighting the way for our patients today.

So sad, but anyone who has looked after a loved one with dementia will know how hard it is physically and mentally. My heart goes out to anyone/everyone affected by Alzheimer/Dementia. A huge shout out to any caregiver doing this alone! I feel your journey. I feel your pain because I've been there. My mom was also diagnosed in her 60s. Feeling absolutely shattered, heartbroken and drained , working with different physicians across the country with little or no improvement. I was exhausted and overwhelmed to look any further. Crying a lot through frustration, anger and despair, But today with the help of Homeocure Worldwide Natural Medicine, my mother is completely healthy and well again. I think we only need more support and sunlight to overcome this dreadful disease. Search for support regardless and don't stop until you get it. With Homeocure Worldwide treatment, there is hope, don't give up! contact them on their youtube channel for more info; ️

Pet peeve of mine. When people say “all timers”. Like have you ever sat down and thought about what you’re saying?? They hear “old timers” and “Alzheimer’s” and they combine them into the most idiotic thing ever. All timers… doesn’t even make sense.

I can't believe you're still mental present, these videos have shown the process isn't always fast. I'm so sorry for your struggle I'm literally about to do a presentation on people what time is it and one of my points we're going to be are we always talk about how it makes us feel but never about how they feel
