I was the exact same way in highschool, so quiet and didn't want speak to anyone. As i left high school and went to college i became more of myself and became this social butterfly that my high school self would never believe. So kids listen to Ms. Edwards there IS life after high school! x

That 60's librarian look with the glasses and beehive hair is everything! Love the nails too! The only thing was the subtitles...they were WAY off, and distracting. This is actually the first time I've ever seen an episode of this show with subtitles. It doesn't need them, IMO. Especially if they're not getting what Alyssa is saying.

I've never seen subtitles on a You Tube video before, but it makes sense that they're there. I do wish that whoever typed the ones for this video could've gotten them right! They were SO off. Obviously they couldn't understand a lot of what Alyssa was saying. I understood her perfectly. Maybe English isn't the first language of the person responsible for the subtitles on this video.

***** ACTUALLY, you can akso get your diploma...which is better since law makers are trying to make the GED null. & anyways, it's better to just go ahead & get the diploma.

Actually I didn't drop out. But, I ws actually talking about how you can get your diploma by the,same method you get a GED. I never said anything about returning to a high school building. As in, they give the classes, you take a test, & at the end, you get a fiploma instead of a GED. Well...in MOST states, the state & community colleges offer diploma class options like they do GED classes. Well, Missouri does anyway. It's great your bro is graduating BTW. I'm not downing people who get GED's I'm just saying there ARE programs out there that offer classes for diplomas as well. Some are free, some you have to pay, but they ARE out there. Stuff like tgat should be availabe in EVERY STATE. The fact that it's not, is maddening.
