@@Loler-hq8zj Explanation Technically Iran and Iraq are losing, but they do have reserves in Tehran. Originally Germany and the UBE was going to finish off Iraq, but yeah heavy reinforcements from occupied Cyprus and Caucasian Emirates came, without being ordered to. Eventually Iran ordered them to retreat to negotiate. The Germans and Polish hesitated to do it, but yeah literally the REST OF THE ALLIANCE DECIDED TO RAISE THE GO AHEAD SIGN AND NEGOTIATE WITH IRAN. Iraq still technically had a war with the Tripartite Pact, but Iraq doesn't border any of their enemies, and so cannot strike them while remaining unnoticed by both sides. And that there is part of China, which would've joined the war somewhere in 2085, when they pretty much had surrounded Tehran and destroyed Iraq.
