Altergeist make you a better duelist - Yugioh Masterduel

Ойындар

I hesitate to say but Altergeist might be my new favourite deck. This has been the hardest deck i've tried to learn, and it's been the most satisfying. It's a deck the combines the searchable control of Sky Strikers and the interrupting power of traptrix, into a mix that can snow ball out of control in no time.
It's just super rewarding when things finally click and you can play through boards you have no business playing through because your brain is working on over drive.

So, I noticed a play that could be done better: Around 7:28 ish, When you chained Mani you can wait on chaining it so that Silq can be able to hit the board. Reason being that you can bounce manifestation as chain link two on it. since Silq's bounce is for cost, the Manifestation will leave the field before it brings back the card, not only putting manifestation back in hand for next turn, but also letting you keep the target for manifestation on field. : )

Wait really? It can work like that!? That's something I will remember. Mechanics aside I'm trying to understand at what part you are referring to make that play. At the timestamp you gave there was nothing on my opponent's field so I couldn't use Silq's effect to bounce anything. A little after that is when I stopped the Orochi from being summoned and did another Mani chain but again there was nothing on my opponent's field. I need some help seeing what you are seeing.

@@CasualKeem I'm saying, generally it may be a better Idea to hold out on using mani until your opponent has something to bounce. That way you can get more value off the activation of mani

Hey are u still here? How is this deck doing now we have Yubel on board?

Yubel is fine. The deck has tools to deal with included “evenly matched 😉”. Yubel specifically can handle monster effects but this is technically a trap deck. Always keep in mind this is deck is not an auto win deck. It’s a control deck that earns its wins from understanding what your opponents are doing and dismantling their plays and board effectively.

@@CasualKeem Yeah Yubel is mostly fine until the opponent starts filling the back row. I wanna prevent that. And everyone plays Evenly Matched I have it on my synchro puking deck which can be stop easily with few hand traps. That's why I'm here. I want a deck that don't rely so much on extra deck cards. Auto win... what?
