Best song on the album! Love it 🤘
To the very small amount of people saying this band doesn't seem into it. Don't forget, Myles isn't a "front man" in the classic sense. This man is humble, modest, and doesn't like soaking up the lime light. And neither do any of the rest of them. They're a few of the most iconic musicians of our generation. They aren't dancing monkeys with fireworks and smoke and mirrors. If you want all of that, go listen to fucking FFDP or Nickleback 😂😂😂😂

The stuff they are playing is complex af too. Singing like Myles while playing what Myles is playing is NOT easy. They don't need gimmicks.

So true!!! Watch Slash’s interview and he said he could play the guitar like he does cause he just wanted a singer. He’s my favorite singer

Myles is so good live. So effortless. Saw them a day before In Charles Town WV when they debuted this live. So awesome
Best song in the past 10 years.
Fable for the silent son 😄
Awesome. . . Now I'm dying to see Last man standing live as well. Hopefully they try it before their tour ends 🤞🏾.
Having seen it live last week blew my mind!
Love this song 😍 thanks for sharing 😊
Incredible!
I can’t believe I’ve let a decade go by without having seen them live. I really need to fix that.

Love this song! 👍🏾
I still remember somebody back in February, in Alter Bridge Toronto's concert, requesting this song and Miles said "uh, it's tight yet"! when I heard that I thought "Oh man, really". But I say now: "it was worth the wait". GREAT PERFORMANCE just watching here on KZread, I can't even imagine live like this. INCREDIBLE

Thanks for the video 😢❤
Awesome
I saw them in Québec city last month and was super gutted that they dropped it for that gig
PQP! QUE SOM!
the pre solo fills are myles? i had thought it was mark the whole time
You were WAY WAY closer than I was. Wow. How big was that venue? 713 Music Hall seats 5000 and I considered that a small venue for Alter Bridge.
Mark plays a 6 string? I thought he used a 7

Someone I talked to at this show who did VIP said he saw Mark step on a pitch shifter pedal before playing this song at soundcheck, allowing him to effectively downtune his signal.

@@abw1987 dang I see. Makes sense I have a six string baritone and I couldn’t play the higher parts.
They don’t seem too happy playing that song

They haven’t seemed happy this whole tour, tbh. Saw them in Seattle, not a lot of energy. Mammoth blew them out of the water.

I think they're just focused since it's very technically challenging and only their second time playing it. They seemed to be in good spirits both times I've seen them on this run. Myles appears to be enjoying just playing the music and soaking in the crowd reaction as opposed to putting on a high-energy show.

This song is complicated as shit. They're not dancing monkeys. If you don't like it, go listen to fucking Nickleback 😂😂😂

@@abw1987I saw them twice in the UK and they seemed really excited to be playing both times, especially the when I saw them in June! I hate that people are comparing the energy of the performance to when they were in their 20s and 30s in Myles's case. They're not going to be jumping all over the place in their late 40s and 50s, especially when the complexity of what they are playing today is much greater. Myles makes it look easy but hitting notes like him and incorporating advanced vocal techniques while playing demanding guitar parts at the same time is so difficult. Just to be able to master one of those skills is impressive. I think Myles has also accepted the fact that he's not the showy, swaggering front man. He might have put on the swagger early on in his career, particularly around the AB3 and Fortress eras but I reckon he stopped the act because it was at odds with his real nature. The real Myles is just a goofy yet introverted guy who doesn't really want attention or fame but has it anyway because he's a great musician. Some people in the rock and metal community need a big 'show' and they need the stereotypical rock frontman. but if you just care about hearing great music played with authenticity then AB are still your guys.

He said that they just now had the courage to play this live. And I think that's basically for Myles, since he does rather technical guitar stuff while the singing is also rather hard to pull off. If the rhytm of the guitar doesn't naturally fit the singing parts it's basically splitting your head into focussing on 2 things instead of playing guitar on auto pilot while singing over it
