Does this speaker sound good? Does it have good quality? How long does the battery really last? Do you recommend it to me?

It lasted me around 8 hours over 2 days, till it needed charging. Its not a boom box. But definitely loud enough for a bedroom or in your car. I listened to books on tape. Also some music and it was decent sounding. They have them at Staples, cheaper then Amazon. They had some on display at our local store to listen to. If you order walmart or amazon you can always send them back if not good enough quality that you need.
