Folks, lighten up. He doesn't look old. Her looks great and sounds great. Life evolves. I can still see the youth in his face and his love and passion. But i can also see his wisdom and experiences. This song means more now than it did then. Just love, listen and learn.

I'm honored to be the one who was given the opportunity to grow up listening to your songs, daily, Alphaville. Back in those days it was just a poor, mono cassette player and some of your tracks recorded on a cheap tape that I still keep around. Later on it was a nice stereo cassette player and then it was a top class stereo set. But after all it didn't really matter then as your music was already a part of me. My childhood would never be the same without you. To this very day I keep my precious memories and best emotions bound right to those days. And they will stay with me forever. And ever. Just like you. Thank you.

Songs gives me chills everytime I hear it. Life Flashes before our eyes we don't even realize it. I remember turning 21 going out to bars (always drank responsible) and would talk to my friends how well ALWAYS on weekends come here and drink at our local bars and have fun. I've not been to the bars for over 25 yrs. Be safe ! Stay Forver Young!

cette chanson a 38 ans, j'en ai 39 et elle me rappelle tellement mon enfance. j'ai dû beaucoup l'entendre sans vraiment y faire attention dans mon jeune âge. Je l'ai redécouverte il y a une dizaine d'années à peu près, depuis, c'est devenu l'une de mes chansons préférées. C'est tellement beau qu'il la chante en live. La voix a changé, le physique aussi, mais la chanson est toujours aussi belle.

I was never a fan of electronic music when it was big in the 80s, but now I'm 54, father of 3, an amputee, and a lot more easy going than i was in my teens and early 20s, and i rediscoverd this song and it got me thinking did i want to live forever young, and i still can't answer that question 😱 Sure, life was so much more fun, lots of distractions, no responsibilities 👍 But if i did stay forever young i wouldn't have had my boys, i was 37 when i became a father, and life changed in a heartbeat, watching them grow, all the emotions, the love, knowing you helped create 3 lives is a feeling like no other, and i wouldn't swap it for the world, maybe I've just answered that question, i dunno. But if God had created man to live forever young this planet couldn't cope. No, I'll accept what was given to me and try and make the most of it 👍
