The original video is no longer public, and I've made sure the referencing is more in line with my modern styles and standards. I'm still proud of this video, even though it's a relatively high level history. I wasn't feeling super well this week, and so didn't feel up to finishing my Alpha Jet Model and this felt like a really nice way to still celebrate and get content to you guys, given basically no-one saw this video as it had less than 90 views when I first released it. First time i saw an Alpha Jet was the "Air Spectacular 1988" airshow at Casement Aerodrome,Baldonell here in Ireland...the French sent over their Aerobatic team and the (West) German Air force sent over 2 (1 of which took part in the flying display and the German versions were a LOT louder than the French version.....different engines maybe?

I think the Airfix alphajet was the first 'modern' jet kit I built. I chose it because it was pointy 😅 well... I was young 😊 anyway I'm off to build my latest pointy kit 👍

Had the privallige of doing a turn around on one at RAF Valleys VAS great plane mind the tyres were totally shot 😂
