I use tengu with target painter and web. Damage application is super. I have 5 sec align time in tengu. I can find site quickly

I see so many Rattlesnakes... but I run an armor Praxis to get more application with the rapid heavies

Same! After Erstschlag did his Stabber FI vid for the minmatar event, they practically sold out in Jita. You can't discount the impact these vids have.

Tried praxis just to be safe because I`m in caldari space. Lost few sites to maruders, changed to Golem hybrid buffer fit so its a bit harder to gank, still using it :)

ganking a marauder isnt that common in events. at last not in min space .

In prior years I used the praxis but I was always out competed so this year I've upgraded to a vargur (newly skilled). Just be sure not to use howitzer's!

even with autos the tracking may be bad against frigs hm? under 10km the 800 did not hit them at all.

@@Martin-oj1yz I did switch to 800mm repeating cannon IIs, with a web and tracking computer. Def gets the job done.

so I drop out of warp with my retriever into an ore belt outside Elgoi, and a Praxis was there. I know I saw you in Hek, was that you out there? Needless to say I got out of town fast. Havent been doing the Halloween thing, might give this a try, I can barely drive it

just curious, Ive seen 2 mining Praxis' now, is this a thing or just somebody having fun with a different build?

Your fit and this alteration of your fit are both cap stable with the AB not running, even with an alpha (mine is fully alpha skilled), but it seems like I can get a bit more capacitor by removing the nos, and swapping the overclock rig with another control circuit. Now, I'm totally noob with nos, so maybe I'm not aware of the benefits of nos while in action (versus what I see in the static fitting window). But, considering you mention this Praxis seems overtanked, do you think it would cut off too much rep to swap the shield boost amplifier for a 2nd compact large cap battery ? (or a heavy capacitor booster for those who have that preference) Would the tank still be fine? vargur, praxis, stabber, vagabound, even a vni works.

The event is too hard.

Aye drones are a dead loss, I only use them on the boss.

CCP increased the site spawn rate in todays patch so you shouldn't need 30-50mins in High Sec to find one \o/ It's not the 1st time they've played it safe then changed things after the 1st weekend and with 1 last weekend left before the event ends. It's unfortunate the sites are not hull locked since half the challenge of the Minmatar event was packing enough dps/tank into a T1/Navy cruiser. A welcome challenge. No boring Gila spam & no Marauders! XD In the past CCP has had event sites on the beacon that could be completed in a cruiser, and scanable anomalies that could only be completed with a Battleship. With the classes and SP levels separated out you can do more with your dungeons & I hope that the new FW hull locked combat sites will encourage CCP to repeat this theme through all their events and introduce new challenges along the way.
