I'll check out this video, however, I just heard about Alpha GPC causing strokes? I'm getting some benefits from Alpha Gpc...do you know about this?

This is great info. Have been a fan of Alpha Brain over the years but will try out Thesis, which I haven't heard of until now.

Very thorough! I’ve been toying with the idea of trying nootropics but they seem to me to be a poor substitute for a good nights sleep, and after listening to your review, I realize that the pre-workout I use already has enough of the ingredients in nootropics that I don’t need to venture into that aisle of the supplement store. So basically you save me money, thanks, Big J! (looking pretty lean to by the way)

Lean and mean....fighting weight 😂. The is no substitute for a great night's sleep

Just fyi if anyone is sensitive to caffeine or stimulants, be careful- thesis was too strong for me, even the caffeine-free one. I wish I can figure out how to make it work tho, I really need something for my adhd

@@NoFate247 I'm not a big fan of his stand-up, although I love the podcast and UFC stuff. I read a comment on one of his videos that said Joe is "bro funny" - stand-up is ok, but in conversations, he is hilarious.

@@briand5047 Yeah I do tend to lauph a lot listening to his podcast. I always assume stand up shows are really about people's taste or interests with regards to whether they connect or not.
