Range of motion on the leg press looks terrible, but there seems to be enough available travel that it could potentially be remedied if you're innovative.

I could have adjusted the headrest to squeeze a little more out of it, but if you like going deep then it's not for you (if you're taller)

I have a question, and i hear this a lot of times, some poeple say that if u consume creatine for a long time, ur own body will stop produce creatine, some say thats not true, but it confuses me, because it does sound like testosteron, if u inject testosteron, then ur own body will stop producing your own testosteron, and for that reason, i dont know if i should or not consume creatine, i want my body to be healthy and be able to live without any suplements and getting stronger at the same time (or atleast not lose progress or become weaker). If it's not true, i want a scientific evidence, and explanation why the body won't stop producing its own creatine

How about saving that cash for medicines, house, furniture, essentials and even just put them in an account and save for rainy days? Do you really need a $200 wallet when a $15 does the same job?

All my leather wallet fell apart after 2-3 years of use, so I got the titanium Ridge one and since 5 years I'm happy with it. Yes, it took some time to get used to it, but it holds easy 10 cards, plus the money clip with the Apple AirTag. Not sure why this guy is so negative about it ... The design for sure has the least 'overhead' of material compared to other types of wallets, even if it is not the thinest because the cards are stacked and not layered ...
