I’ve followed the recipe exactly every time & it came out so delicious 😋 I think this is the best ILISH POLAO recipe in the entire KZread. Even I twice/ thrice the amount of ingredients for much people and it never failed Alhamdulillah .

Thanks for sharing the recipe . This has been a long time delicacy in our family . Missed having it ever since I moved out my home town. It came out to be really awesome. People loved the dish, the true credit actually goes to you for showing the recipe in such detail. Just made one small addition to the recipe , garnished the polao with caramelized onion. Thanks again for sharing the awesome dish.
