Aloy Finds Elisabet Sobeck -Beautiful Ending Scene

At the very end when Aloy finds Elisabet's body, she takes the thing from her hand (not sure what that was) and then the camera zooms out to show her seated in a triangle of flowers, just like the metal flowers always are. Aloy always says that those flowers weren't grown they were put there... like on purpose or something.
So is there some definitive connection between those flowers and Elisabet/Aloy that I completely missed? I'm not sure if it was explained at some point or if it's something I was supposed to notice but never picked up on it.

She died coming back home as she wanted. She also got a daughter in Aloy, and someone who is as much adventurous and passionate as Elisabeth was.
Elisabet did get the daughter she always wanted aloy

It's just bittersweet that she didn't get to see it for herself
I never played horizon zero dawn whenit first came out because of breath of the wild and I finally just completed it. Aloy is in my opinion one of the best protagonists created in a very very long time. Her story is enough to move you to tears while simultaneously being a complete badass. Im super pumped for forbidden west
