Thank you very much for the update Dr. Donovan . I am 56 with alopecia universalis and honestly and this stage in the game I would OVERJOYED if I could just grow my eyebrows and a few eyelashes back. My job sometimes requires me to work outside and I think people don't realize how much eyebrows keeps sweat from running into your eyes ,smh. If you could help me with brows I would be ever so grateful. Thanks again.

Please ask your dermatologist about Bimatoprost (Lumigan) solution to regrow eyebrows. It's used for eyebrow hypotrichosis. But it can be used for eyebrow alopecia areata too.

Hi there Dr Donovan. Thanks for the video. I still watch hair loss stuff, 3 years after mine grew back after almost all falling out within 8 weeks, after critical care for the flu . I contacted you on a global health site at the time, after 2 private UK dermatologists didn't like to commit because if this was TE, it was unusually harsh. You responded very quickly, that its harshness didn't make it nigh on impossible to suspect TE, which was all I wanted, a likely cause and prognosis. I sent you some pics when it grew back. You've probably forgotten me, but I'll never forget that you answered so confidently, and especially, so kindly and quickly. It helped me a great deal.

That was so informative I can’t wait to share it with people I know who suffer from some form of alopecia. I received my first batch of steroid shots and was given a cream called clobetasol propionate which it says is for the treatment of psoriasis. I’m also diabetic should be interesting to see after what you just discussed about it’s relations to rheumatoid arthritis and diabetes.
