That's because Ocon is the tallest driver on the grid and Alonso is the second shortest. Alonso just looks tall. You only see how short he is when he's next to the other drivers.

I'm pretty sure this was a lie.. he was justifing the fact he always Alonso (because it was part the plan) And I don't know what happen if a driver lost his driving license, but they need one to get the "super license" to be able to race in F1

@@miskarifter not true, he joined in 2014 and at that time you didn’t need a road license for a super license. Thats how Max Verstappen got to race in F1 at such a young age is that he was not even eligible to get a drivers license in the Netherlands.

@@gissa2046 I think we don't talk about the same thing : I speak about Ocon... (Also I already knew the story behind the new rule for the super license, and the way Verstappen have came in formula 1. But thank you for theses explanations) And for me the first race of Ocon was in 2016, so he would have ask for the super license in 2016 with the new rule to get it. But I am open to change my mind about this fact 🙂
