Real Time Tranz Alpine by Bus from Kumara Junction and on to, Arthur's Pass and then Christchurch September 2023. Almost because I had a recording problem meaning the videos is slightly sped up but I hope still watchable.
Our Train journey on the Tranz Alpine was cancelled due to weather so we were put on a bus from Greymouth to Christchurch. The scenery after Arthur's Pass is great but it was not the train journey we had traveled so far to undertake. My advice to all those who may want to do this train trip would be to plan to be on a bus instead so you will not be disappointed like we were. Enjoy this "Great Bus Journey" New Zealand.
