ALMOST 1,000 REPS ON CROSSFIT OPEN WORKOUT 24.2

We’re back for week 2/3 of the ‘24 Games season!
Team Peak finished week 1 in 4th place in the world! Hopefully this one will bump us up to the top.
As many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
300-meter row10 deadlifts 50 double-unders
♀ 125 lb (56 kg)♂ 185 lb (83 kg)
I was able to finish 10 full rounds and got through 300m of the row and 4 deadlifts into the 11th round!
It’s a motor workout. Pick a pace, stick to it, and keep moving!

    Looks good Mark. I’ve been prioritizing mobility myself for a couple of years after injuring my neck from not having sufficient thoracic mobility almost 3 years now. Things that help me get deep in the squat, personally was the couch stretch and the pigeon stretch.

    Round counter and splits graphic would have been good 😮. This workout is bit like watching paint dry, it's the 300 metre row that does it. Don't get me wrong I like rowing and Noah. Filming wise WOD is the cinematic equivalent of capturing changing traffic lights.

    why is everybody ignoring the rule that nobody can receive assistance. dude was always resetting monitor and tried to move the bar but was stopped

    the monitor, he is allowed assistance resetting the rower between rounds. also, it looks like the bar was touching the rower that one time he tried to move it. I think he was just trying to help a dude out, but he was stopped before anything actually happened. I think everything is going to be fine.
