Necessary materials
1 cup of almonds (100 g)
1 cup of flour (120 g)
125 g butter at room temperature
1/2 cup sunflower oil (100 ml)
1 egg
1/2 cup powdered sugar (100 g)
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 pack of vanilla sugar (5g)
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups of flour (240 g)
Cover it with powdered sugar.
Fabrication:

First, chop the almonds coarsely. Pour the almonds into the pan. Add the flour and roast over medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Then let it cool.
