Hello I am 6 years in the future. 2:01 ive been there! doesn't look as nice anymore but the building still stands. You go past it if you are leaving shark harbor/little harbor in the interior. I have a house on Catalina and i want to go badly but its so cold now this video makes me miss it less :D

I used to love Catalina in the 90s when it was affordable. Now they gouge you w/ their inflated prices and greed. No fun anymore when you feel cheated..
