Probably the best 2 footed player of all time. He was a scorer of great goals rather than a great goal scorer, but he had a really good return for a midfielder.

The word legend is thrown around quite a lot nowadays, but Sir Bobby Charlton epitomizes everything about the word legend. An absolute inspiration and his story should be told about in a movie/documentary to inspire the next generation of players.

As much as I regret the passing of Sir Bobby, true he was a fantastic footballer, and a gentleman on and off the pitch. As far as I'm aware he was never booked in his whole career, but it's now reached the stage of those who sit behind a microphone on radio or TV are doing their hardest to be the most virtuous.
