You have so much growing, considering you were so upset by things not doing earlier in the year, you have gotten so much grown from seed now The sweet peas are lovely. They are so strongly scented. Such a joy. They do set off Duncan’s hay fever though 😂🫣 Thanks for the mention. I’m not sure the dwarf beans will climb it though as mine didn’t climb last year… but they’ll look pretty anyway. That greenhouse is lovely. They a great space to have on the plot. I also love radish ❤

Hi Clare and thanks for watching. I'm still learning so much but making notes where I can of sown, failed or success, when and where etc so hopefully next year I'll be giving away expert advice 🤣 not! And you're welcome. I pictured you howling when I said 'I've no idea what to do with them cos I've got no onions to dry out do it!' 😂 And I'll make these beans climb after I've made that beautiful pink trellis for them! 🩷🤣 And I still don't think we utilise the greenhouses full potential but again, it's a learning curve isn't it 🙂💚 Radish is great! Quick easy and lush to eat... 😋

Morning guys, my radish either bolted or got slugged so I’m going to have to sow more. Shhh 🤫 my carrots 🥕 are doing good. But tomatoes 🍅 are struggling still. Hope your beans do well bush beans don’t normally need support. Gerald likes the white radish they seem spicier. It’s a constant struggle to find spots for things 😅. @@myrustygarden hi Ali. Yeah two of my beets were starting to bolt but I caught them on time and chopped the tops off. What's up with your Tomatoes then? And I'm leaving the pink basket up 😂😂 a couple of people said they don't need support but it looks fab so 🩷🤣 there it will stay I saw the white radish and might try them next year Hot hot here 🫣 pray for rain 😂 🥕💚

Hi Rach and Eric, great to get jobs done, normally dwarf beans don't need support, I grow Annabel never support them, get a fab crop from these, why don't you sow radishes direct?, they are an easy veg to grow direct, and you will get loads, I sowed parsnips well over a month ago and carrots got no germination so this morning I redone the area and gave them another sow, I have never sowed parsnips in June but I'm thinking if they germinate they will grow quickly, ignored the advice on the packet 😆🤞sweet peas are gorgeous, mine are doing ok not as good as yours tho. its all looking great, Steve

Hey Steve. Oh there's something I didn't know. About the beans. Well I'm not taking the pink basket out now 🤣 it's my fave thing on the plot at the minute 😂🩷 And I have sown some radish direct, I usually always do, but I'll randomly sown stuff at home then a week later it's ready to take down the plot to transplant lol My parsnips are still at home and look fab. Need to find a spot for them though 🤔 And I'm well happy with the sweetpeas. Will they come back yearly or do I have to sow each year? Thanks for the comment, have a lush week 😁🌼😎

Lovely video Rach! Those sweet peas look lovely and yes the more you cut the more it grows. Cut the pods off unless you want seed for next year but you don't start to save them just now. Is that green mesh on the green house shade cloth? I looking into getting some poly tunnel plastic and shade cloth. Is there a reason for the high corrugated iron fences? I am also looking to block the end fence of our garden as we have two parallel back fences that backs onto a commercial property and we get rats, foxes and the weeds are terrible. @@AnyKeyLady thanks 🌼🌱 The green mesh is debris netting that was already on when we got the plot. Eric said we might need some for the poly tunnel at home And the corrugated fencing is there as some of those plots house livestock so can't be changed which is fine with us. @@ericandrachallotmenteers It's sweltering here in London today 29c and 30c tomorrow! I might just put some old net curtains over the sugar snap peas tonight just in case. Better than nothing i guess until i can get something. Ah ok yes you don't want the animals getting through and eating your crops. Hope you are staying cool in the heat. Take care.
