Ako doc ganyan din,nagpatingin na Ako pero yon binigyan Ako Ng anti histamine,tapos Sabi nya kailangang daw na palaging malinis Ang paligid ko Lalo na daw Ang kwarto ko Ang bed ko daw palaging papalitan Ang sapin,eh king size Ang bed ko eh Kong palitan ko araw araw di Ako mamatay sa allergy mamatay Ako sa kalalaba Kaya Sabi ko sa Doctor sa akin pang mayamn Pala Ang allergy ko.lol allergy din po Ako sa airco natutuyo Ang skin ko di pwede.lol

Thanks for discussing this topic. Once in awhile I experienced the symptoms in the morning. I usually take antihistamine before. Recently I bought air purifier that helped a lot. 👍🏻

Yan po ang sakit ko…no high blood, not diabetic n no other health problems except Allergic Rhinitis… i consider myself A perennial case and have been taking Antihistamine when there is an attack. I used to go to the doctor but then…iba iba lang anti histamine ang binibigay …so true that avoidance of risk factors is very important.. your topic is very enlightening! Seasonal po skin, kc kpag mg change weather ngkkaon po ako ng gnyn.. Nkpg pa check up n RN ako

Loads of thanks Dr. Gary Sy for making this lesson so easy to grasp. During winter in our bedroom, we are using a Humidifier with special SALT mix in the water; it helps a lot at night as breathing is always a BREEZE. Salt is much better than scented oil in using a Humidifier.
