No not the lolly company, but a chain of stores mainly in Canberra and the NSW South Coast that were prominent advertisers on Prime Television. Bought out by (and converted to) Harris Scarfe in the mid-late 2000s

Interesting Fact: During the chain’s final years before being bought out by Harris Scarfe, they also advertised on Southern Cross Ten, particularly in November 2003 during the Christmas period, as demonstrated in your older 9-year-old upload - Australian ads/promos 23 (2003). Just search up Allen’s NSW commercial on KZread and yes, you’re greeted with ads from that lolly company instead of the NSW retailer. And by the way, thanks for the upload here. ❤
