Apparently, giant marionette girls are a bit of a popular creative trend lately ever since the Royal de Luxe girl. Other than this there's also the Mayflower commercial girl & I believe China has one involving a girl and a stone warrior.. Gotta love the inspirational cycle of creativity, huh? Personally I enjoy them all! ^_^
