Zeus was exactly what his character was in the myths. Irrational, irritable, and had a problem with infidelity. He even acknowledges he has no idea how to be a father. It was a really good first season.

Least he tried in this version. Managed to keep those two brothers alive up until Heron had to kill him. Must suck finding out the woman you killed was your real mother.

But sometimes Zeus was seen by doing somethings pretty good and honorable, so he's not always irrational, irritable ect... . Some he's completely the opposite of what you say he is.

No you got it wrong they are immortal meaning they don’t die of old age and mortals can’t kill them but another god can, only gods can kill another god

@@Pokepowerx3 That has no basis in Greek mythology. Greek gods simply don't die no matter what, their physical suffering is brief and trivial and not necessarily permanent. The only exception is when shit like Kronos happens and their bodies are shredded and cast apart. Even then Kronos would not be dead, just incapacitated for an eternity. They are called deathless for a reason.

@@Pokepowerx3 Kronos was just an example but he is still of the divine just like the gods are. It's mostly just a generational situation and the same rules still apply. In Greek mythology, a god's (or titan's) immortality means that they are forever immortal, death is not possible.

Another example of their immortality would be the fact that the titans couldn't be killed after the war with the gods, which is why they were sealed away.

He has many bastards, one of which is Hercules and he took all of them under his wings. The only exception I can think of is Hephaestus. But yeah, he's not a faithful one. Plus Hera is the goddess of marriage so the relationship is doomed from the start

It would make more sense to make the gods masters of order and the titans of chaos. Not the same thing as light and darkness. The titans would ne the primeval, yet untamed forces of nature, while the gods would be the ones that brought order (as reliably relentless as it is) to the cosmos
