Official data on fuel consumption, CO2 emissions power consumption and electric range were determined inaccordance with the mandatory measurement procedure and comply with Regulation (EU) 715/2007 valid at the time of type approval. In case of a range, figures in the NEDC take into account differences in the selected wheel and tire size; figures in the WLTP take into account any optional equipment.
WLTP values are used for assessing taxes and other vehicle-related charges that are (also) based on CO2 emissions, as well as for the purposes of vehicle-specific subsidies, if applicable. Where applicable, the NEDC values listed were calculated based on the new WLTP measurement procedure and then converted back to the NEDC measurement procedure for comparability reasons. When will you start offering digital rear view mirror cameras. All the coupes and coupe suvs need them!! Definitely the new 7 with the drop down TV screen needs one! It's a dumb idea to not let the US get the iX1 and iX2.

Bmw, I understand the design must be a bit edgy. But please also safe some of the bmw strongholds such as the iDrive controller and fun handling.

Trouble of the M version of these cars is the DCT gearbox is clonky.. Buy a M3 and get a real auto gearbox.
I had to cancel it from my potential new car list. I doesn’t have ventilated seats option. it would be great to chase the opponents . You can get ventilated seats in…. Kia xceed, new Tesla model 3. You can’t get ventilated seats in BMW series 3, BMW 1 series, 2 series, X1, X2. Oversight for me. BMW could take into consideration that cities are already tight and some users might not need a bigger car. People are also looking for a compact size car with all premium options available.

BMW design line is going in the wrong direction IMO. Lack of curves and smoothness.
Sounds very unnatural and heavily scripted and voice is hard to hear. Very strange guy that you got now. I remember another one some time ago who spoke with passion and energy and it felt that he spoke his mind and every video made me think - should I go down to my dealership to see the car in person, but not now... very strange aftertaste I get here. Not sure you should use this guy as a spokesmen ... maybe in german he sounds better and that's why you took him... we will never know.
Yes, this copy is very cringe worthy. However, the main problem with this vehicle is styling. I’m not even going to mention the grill. But the side view lacks forward motion and those slab sided, right angle wheel well openings look like they came straight from a Toyota RAV4. If you don’t believe me, go look up an image of one.
Modern BMW's are like hyenas. Not pretty to look at, but everyone agrees they're a very impressively engineered. A bit too overpowered

The Kia grille, the Mazda silhouette, the absolute strange taillights (headlights of the 3 series with that Peugeot notch?) - what has happened to BMW?
This car smells like cost-cutting. Not even a light in the glove compartment? Where is the ambient lighting in the rear doors? And what about the Idrive controller?
Describing this as a 'rebel' just shows how pathetic BMW has become. Remember a time when BMW had class?

I don't think this is the pinnacle BMW, someone inside your design team has seriously messed up your classy and sporty image. Instead we have inflated grills and bulbousness. Removing real buttons also is a huge turn off, it is not safe to use a screen only for basic functions. You don't agree with me, that is fine. Myself and many others will just look elsewhere for their next car. It also appears you have saved costs by thinning the paint/clear coat thickness in all new cars. The complicated and frankly ugly wheel designs are no match for what you produced in the 2010s. Just look back at the M3/M4/M5 designs from that era, those were amazing.

Exactly. I didn't mind the removal of quite a few buttons actually. But what it has been reduced to in the e.g. in the i4 strikes a nice balance, although the climate control could have been kept physically. Using the iDrive controller during driving is comfortable and safe. I don't want to talk with my car. I just want to press a freaking button to do a job. It's quicker, easier and does NOT NEED AN INTERNET CONNECTION! iDrive 9 is a big step backwards imho. Let's see accessibility: People that cannot talk? Sorry, you can't change the settings, you need to use the touchscreen. Children sleeping in the back? Just wake 'em up and tell the car to change setting X. NICE! No internet connection bc. you're in a remote place or a freaking tunnel? Sorry. Functionality is limited. I'm seeing more an more of this crap creeping into the minds of car designers. This might look cool and clean, I'll grant that, but FROM FOLLOWS FROM FUNCTION! NOT the other way around! Ugh. This needed to be said.
